Taco Bell in New Jersey

"Service , my store is based on the auto screen , HATE IT ! can never find what I want on it , staff are not quick to help.out and take the order ,..after you get personal service help food is done rather quickly and normally fresh and well made . 2nd visit now in a week and half and soda machine has no ice yet ."

"We ordered via the Drive thru, service was great and quick; however, we get Taco shells 3 with JUST cheese for the little one, and, they charge the same price as if you ordered a regular taco.....we don't mind this as much as they are VERY simply with the cheese!!!! Awful!!! You would think they'd fill it up, since we aren't getting anything else in the shell; but, nope!!! So very little cheese, it's sad."

"Ordered 7 Crunchwraps and got 5 but the lady making them was super nice and I felt bad that she had to make 7 in the first place. Honestly giving it 5 stars anyway because it’s clean, typical Taco Bell taste and no reason it should be 2 stars."

"Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I think people just like to complain about everything in their life. I've been there 6 or 7 times since they opened. I have never had any issues, food is always good, I never had missing items nor are any of the workers rude. I mean it's fast food so I think people's expectations are way too high. My son has been there many times and has never had any issues."

"Despite the reviews I did have a good experience coming in this morning. I ordered a breakfast crunch wrap and a bacon quesadilla everything was fresh. Adriana served me and she was super nice. She even gave me extra sauce and sugar for my coffee. Overall I had a great experience. I’m sure service depends on the time you go and what staff is there. Adriana did a great job and I was very happy"

"Food is good. I only use the drive thru most times when I go the wait time is minimal but sometimes it takes forever and the way the it's designed you're trapped in the line and can't leave so be prepared to wait if it's busy don't go there if you have to be somewhere soon because you could be waiting. It's also a horribly designed driveway no left turn out of the restaurant you have to drive so far down the road to make a u-turn."

"I’ve never felt the need to review anything as much as this Taco Bell. Every time I come to this location I get hot food, solid service and honestly what more can you ask for. The joint just opened up recently so cut them some slack. A lot of the 1 star reviews aren’t deserved and remember, people have a tendency to publicly critique things when they fall short and not when they exceed expectations."
